Working on better relationships

Our modern society seems to offer little to foster healthy relationships:
The contents of your average magazine rack can suggest many ways we should sell our ideas, demand our rights, or dress and present ourselves. Next time your in a magazine shop, check how much space on that rack is devoted to skills required to support healthy, nurturing relationships?

It's not surprising we are less good at relationships. Some of us unconsciously fall back on what we learned from our parents relationship. Though often an excellent model, what worked for them may not always work for us. We are different, perhaps follow different lifestyles and certainly live in different times.

In our relationship work we look at what does and does not work for you. This allows us to work together in seeking new ways for less the useful patterns or behavior's, and valuing these that do meet your needs.

Relate success stories:
Relate regularly commissions research to find out what people consider to be more and less useful about our service. You can find more about our research here.
